Actually didn't Eric Raymond support the APSL? I honestly don't care what
ER or RMS thinks of our license. Not like either one are likely to write
an article. :-)

Hmmm... good point. It's a good what if senerio. I don't want to get in
the business of trying to come up with each "what if" and make special
exclusions for each case.
I think it would be safe to say however that if you redistribute the
changes, we require a copy "delivered to our doorstep" if you will. The
idea is that we shouldn't have to go searching for updated versions if
they are available to the public on the Internet, CDROM, etc.

As Eric said, who cares at that point, since the license is unenforceable
at that point. :-)
