OK... I know I promised the full page last night.  Didn't make it...
sorry.  I've been playin around with the navigation stuff and need to
merge the page content in with the title/headers/navbars, etc.  But I put
up some of what I've been toying with into CVS... go look at it at:

Don't be too harsh on criticisms yet :).  Please wait til ya see the fully
fleshed out page to tell me I suck ;).  Your more than welcome to comment
on whether you like the dynamic switching between Seach Bar & Navigation
Bar.  Don't know if I want to stick with it yet or not... it's pretty cool
in my opinion, and the content within will be modified a little... again,
this is just the framework with some demo material.  I got some neet
ideas, and I want to try a few.  Won't take long.

At any rate... the page is now horribly broken probably in everything
except Netscape 4.x.  Be patient, I'll fix that.  I develop for the latest
Netscape, then I make it work elsewhere.  If we stick with the dynamic
stuff I can make it work across Netscape 4.x & IE 4.x & IE 5 with a small
browser negotiation routine that I'd run as an SSI.  Very fast.  Slashdot
uses SSI on there main page... if you don't hit there index.pl custom
stuff.

Anyway, just thought I'd start spitting out my thoughts.
