Index.html updates

I uploaded some more updates to index.html into cvs... ya can see some
minor changes at http://dev.linuxkb.org/index.html

It's starting to flesh out a little more now.  I'm beginning to work on
the SSI browser detection and had a question for ya.  SSI supports parsing
of .shtml files (or similar) or we can do it via the bit-hack.  Seems SSI
supports parsing of files based on set file permissions/bits.  That way we
can use .html for all files excluding .pl's and .php3's.  Not of the
utmost importance but I thought I'd bring it up.  It'll look better in the
browser path I believe...

Aside from that... I've begun working on how I'm going to script the
generation of these pages in more detail...

And the page obviously isn't quite finished yet... got a little more work
to do... Can we get the VA Research & Navisite logo's to throw on there a
while?  So I can work around them?
