Good day everyone.  Recently I had a conversation with Roger Dingledine
regarding your project.  I've perused your site, and it looks really good!
It's an important project, and from what Roger has told me, there are some
serious people working on it already.  So I'm offering my help.

This is the scope of my commitment: I will, if you like, help design the
system, with emphesis on data storage requirements.  I'm very good at
designing SQL tables and systems.  At home, I almost exclusively use MySQL.
At work I use MySQL, Informix, Oracle and OpenView.  I also commit to
helping out with the web integration.  (I assume you're going to be driving
this system with a web front end.)

My personal time slices are limited.  (When isn't that the case.)  However, 
before long, I'm going to be walking away from a major technical time sink,
so there will be some space there.  So, if things go well, it's possible I
may be able to help you guys out longer term, if you still need help.
