I agree with Lenz- this is way beyond the scope of this project.  I'm sure
someone could start a very sucessful company doing that, but getting
enough qualified people to do this for free and have a 24x7 response is
borderline impossible to do right now.

Anyways, it sounds like Micah will accept linuxsupport.net since we're
going beyond the scope of a "KB" with the message boards and BF.  Hence,
unless there is any cries to the contrary, I'll start to register the
