Greater security?  What is this guy smoking.  I would refer to the many recent
stories at CNN and other major news outlets of major NT security bugs,
emphasizing how many of them have not been patched and the lack of such
security nightmares on Linux.

I would recommend changing your text from configuration issues, which are not
very compelling, to evidence that they are making a poor, uninformed decision.
You have to reach higher ups here, and try to stay away from tech talk (like
SMTP ports).  Do you know who is pushing this decision?  The techs or the
PHBs?
