Actually it's not entirely obvious why that's needed.  Could be useful
for some things, but it looks a bit like PHB material to me.... What's
wrong with the mailing list to discuss who's doing what, timelines, and
that sort of thing?

Not that I'm complaining if it saves anyone time.

For one thing, it looks like he has more time than any of us.  Maybe all
of us put together!  :-)  There's plenty of PHP pages that could be
written, and I *think* we're mostly set to have them done...
