Well for one Jason and I can keep track of projects, who's assigned to
them, and what the status is.  It also allows you to upload documents and
relate them to a project.  The problem with email is that it is very
difficult to track projects because they tend to have multiple threads
over periods of months.

And maybe it is a PHB thing.  I don't know if that is a bad thing
honestly.  So far I've found the progress of the project to be less than
what I have desired.  Perhaps having a management tool which allows Jason
and I too keep track of what is going on will allow us to motiviate people
more and let people keep track of what needs to be done.

I agree, there is a lot to be done, but can you tell me what needs to be
done before go-live by going through your old emails?  Now log into
PowerSteering; can you tell me now?  Which was easier?
