Well they sound interested in offering a server.  It also sounds like they
may have a stipulation- the server has to be located at their site which
is connected to the internet via a T3.  It looks like their service
provider is Hurricane Electric, a local high-speed (multiple OC3) ISP- not
a backbone carrier like UUnet, Sprint, or Cable & Wireless which NaviSite
uses.

Reality is that NaviSite will provide better connectivity than VA
Research, but for our purposes it shouldn't be that major.  Also, NaviSite
is a "data center" company, meaning that providing space for Internet
servers is their primary business- something that VA Research can't say.
I'll try to swing it both ways- VA Research server & NaviSite
connectivity, but I think the server CPU, RAM, and disk is going to be the
bigger bottleneck in the long run.

Anyways, I'll probably talk to VAR tomorrow.  Hopefully Chris and I can
find some time between the meetings I'm in most of the day.
