Can you talk NaviSite into giving us a "clone" homebuilt box?  Would be
cheaper for them than a Compaq anyway.  Is the only problem the fact
that they're planning to use a Compaq?

And are you sure they're providing a system *DEDICATED* to this?  We
won't be sharing the resources with something else?

If that's not the case I'd say go with VAR...
