No, I'll be admin'ing the system.  Apache doesn't require someone to
constantly tweak it anyways... set it up, and go.  Only when we're doing a
lot of traffic do we need to worry about making config changes (like # of
processes to start, etc).

After we get the submission forms/entry DB going.  I don't want to start
accepting FAQ's until we have something to stick them into.

Which reminds me, I talked to my dad and he'd be happy to help you design
the table space.  He knows enough SQL to get by, but his experiance is
designing huge DB's that get massively utilized (far more than we will
ever).
