Well I looked at the 2.2.13 readme, and looks like there are a number of
fixes that are applicable to us (networking, security, and SMP) that the
stock 2.2.12 kernel doesn't have.  I know the 2.2.12-6 kernel on VA's site
is based on a pre-RH 6.1 kernel, so I'm pretty certain that it doesn't
have the fixes.

We should either wait for VA to come ouout with a new kernel or build a
new one ourselves.
