Known incompatibility in CVS mixminion

Hey, all, in case you didn't know:

Running the CVS version of mixminion *will* result in refused
connections.  Specifically:  If you generate a server descriptor with
the CVS code, older versions of the code will not be able to use your
server.  Their packets will be dropped.

If you really want to run the CVS code, then use 0.0.3 to generate your
server descriptors, *then* upgrade to what's in CVS.  (Which may be
unstable anyway, for other reasons.)
