So, the Mixminion paper appears at Oakland in ~3 weeks.  When Roger
gives his presentation, it'd be nice if the specification were in a
nice state to show around.  Right now, due to our many edits,
revisions, comments, and reorganizations, our specification "reads
like the Talmud."[1]  I want to fix this by writing appropriate
additional text, and reordering some of the text we have.

What is a good model document for me to imitate?  Please email me RFC
numbers.
