Right now, all the headers and verbiage that gets stuck onto Type III outgoing mail is hardwired in Modules.py. Probably, this should be configurable. Perhaps, the configuration mechanism should be reusable for other places where configurable messages might be needed. Maybe, the messages should be stored in external files. -- Nick
