Another, general comment. The paper at present doesn't differentiate
between the use of the term "Mixminion" to describe the application and
the protocol.

Might it be better to word things so that the the "message-based anonymous
remailer protocol" is refered to as "Type III", and Mixminion is
referenced as an implimentation of such?

Likewise, instances of "Mixmaster" should refer to the application, while
"Type II" should be use to refer to the protocol that is implimented by
Mixmaster, Jack B. Nymble, etc.
