For the first time in a very long time my miniontest stats [0] are above 99%

We now only have one node (wiredyne) running 0.0.7.1 could the remop please
upgrade.

There are still 5 nodes running 0.0.8alpha2 these would benefit from being
upgraded too.

The grove stats [1] show 25 nodes out of 32 running.

There are 30 nodes in the server directory, so we have 5 failed nodes two of
those (paranion and parakalo) have only recently stopped working.

Thanks to all the people who upgraded.
