Built 0.0.08alpha3 (Windows) but need help with 'test' error

Hello,

I just built MixMinion 0.0.8alpha3 with MSVS 2003 SP1, Pyhton 2.5.1 and Windows XP Home SP2.  

After building binary  with "python setup.py bdist_wininst" I get the following errors (with traceback) when  running "python setup.py run --subcommand=unittests":

Here is the error I get when running "python mixminion.py":
