I cannot confirm this for the mixminion node tainaron. While
there has been an increased rate of messages some two weeks ago
with approx. 150 packets/hour for two days, I'd hardly call this
a serious attack. Usual rate is less than 20 packets/hour, most
of which I attribute to pingers.
