Mixminion Network Problems - UPDATE

Thanks to all the mixminion remops who updated their servers.

We now have 25 nodes out of 34 working (up from 13) according to the grove
stats page.

15 nodes are now running the alpha3 version of the software (up from 7).

This still leaves 7 nodes running 0.0.7.1 - please update!

There are also 8 nodes still running alpha2 - also please update!.

(Which totals 30 - the number currently listed in the server directory)

It was discovered that several nodes had their IP incorrectly specified in
their configuration files. This causes the node to fail - please check if
you suspect this might be a problem.
