 There are about 150 images that have *NOT* self updated. We need to find a
 creative way to inform these operators. I plan to update the cloud images
 on the public site first, then start some sort of information campaign to
 get the attention of the operators to new images.

 One crazy idea is to file abuse reports against each bleeding IP, and have
 Amazon send them our message. This won't shut off their account, but it
 will get their attention.
