 I now remember a campaign we ran not too long ago:

 I suspect that the majority of the vulnerable bridges on EC2 are from that
 list. I am reaching out to Access (accessnow.org) to prepare an email to
 be sent to their mailing list. Asking relay operators to launch our new
 images (which I still have to make).
