Comment:

 The Jondos folks do accept Paysafecards for paying their premium accounts.
 I assume they are classified as merchants.

 Maybe it would be a good idea to contact the Jondos guys to learn how they
 managed getting PSC on their side.

 And aside from contacting PSC by phone or form, it may be worth trying to
 reach them on facebook, YouTube or Google+ where they have accounts.
