 With the switch from XUL to WebExtensions for Tor Browser, the 'New
 Identity' and 'New Tor Circuit' menu items have moved from the Tor/onion
 menu to the hamburger menu. The old design made more sense because the
 Tor-specific menu items were all grouped into one menu easily accessible
 under one button. There doesn't appear to be a way to customise menus in
 Firefox or Tor Browser, so it would be nice to either move them back or
 add copies of them on the onion menu.
