We (RWTH Aachen/PRIME) have developed a library in Java for tor, which
is still in late alpha-status. Although we wanted to release it as open
source, the code quality is still a bit too experimental for that. But
in most cases it works quite well.

Maybe we can provide you with some pre-release.

Unfortunately, our code supports up to now only client-side of hidden
service. The server-side is not ready yet.
