Just so you know, this proposal has now been adopted, and we will start
the Debian 13 upgrade process. Note that I have changed the proposal to
postpone the retirement of container images:

I'll send a separate proposal for this. As a reminder, here's the
upcoming timeline:

This means that, unless otherwise noted, new VMs requested will get
installed with trixie. You should also expect another announcement, in a
couple of weeks, that we'll soon start the first round of TPA machines
upgrades. This should be relatively minor and will affect the following
servers:
