[tor-project] S28: Resilient Anonymous Communication for Everyone

Hi people!

We are going to start meeting monthly related to the new sponsor on
obfuscated communications [0].

The goals for this periodic meetings are:

1. share what is happening with the rest of organizations in the project
2. share progress on Tor side
3. get the monthly report started


Our first meeting will be on June 27th 1800 UTC at #tor-meeting in
irc.oftc.net
