[tor-project] CANVAS talk on ethical Internet measurement

A few months ago, while still affiliated with CAIDA, I gave a talk on
"Ethical Internet measurement: From outages to anonymity" at the CANVAS
workshop in Bamberg, Germany.  Part of my talk covered ethical research
