on a lark, try using 'localhost' in the hostname for http and ssl proxy
(in firefox) as opposed to 127.0.0.1

It doesn't matter what web site address I type in, I get the same
result. I read the FAQ and I think I followed all the installation
instructions. No luck. Thanks for any suggestions.
