Even in Tor's default configutration reject *:25 is standard, and I doubtsomeone would deliberarely modify this. Gmail though accepts port 587 (encrypted traffic) which works just fine.Regards
Thank you Hans.I was using another port (could be 587 or 465 but can't say now though) before xmas, when that port started failing to connect all the time, so I swapped to port 25.
