I didn't know about it.
I just had a look and it seems too complicated to install.

It already took me days to understand what tor is (I am not incomputer) and I can't do more.

I guess webmail with tor is safe enough, isn't it ?

Just curious: why don't you use Mixmaster for e-mail privacy?
