Is this still an issue with our latest alpha release, 5.0a3 (see: https://dist.torproject.org/torbrowser/5.0a3/)? What exactly are the font issues? How can I reproduce the problem (do you have a link to a page which is broken?)? How did you try to get a fonts.conf file used? Georg
