I think that this really blocks Tor. Tor currently uses IP addressesto connect to other nodes, if you're behind a proxy that disallowssuch connections, Tor will be effectively blocked. I see the possiblesolution of a proxy chain or a tunnel to a server without using it'sIP address directly.


Have you tried such an approach?
