[tor-talk] Did we decide about bad exits ? Where does bittorrent fall ?

A year or so ago we had a fairly rough thread here wherein it was proposed that certain combinations of open ports would be labeled as "bad exits", regardless of actual behavior. For example, it was proposed that running only TCP 21,23,80 (for instance) would be considered "bad".

I am not interested in reopening the debate, but now that some time has passed, I *would* like to find out if this policy was ever codified and enacted ? If so, can it be published ?

My specific question is, does merely allowing bittorrent traffic[1] on an exit qualify as a "bad combination" ? It appears not to, but ...

Thanks.

[1] OB: bt traffic hurts the tor network. You should not use bt with tor.
