Looks like Erinn is in the process of uploading new ones:
https://www.torproject.org/dist/vidalia-bundles/
but she deleted the old ones before changing the links (oops).

You can always find older ones at
https://archive.torproject.org/tor-package-archive/vidalia-bundles/
