Just objective, I doubt the tormail administrator could be bothered
screwing with you in particular. Given how many users use tormail and
don't have any issues this doesn't seem plausible.

Yes because someone working at Google is clearly willing to risk their
job over griefing you. That doesn't seem likely either, in any case
you should complain to Google about it if you think this has indeed

Once again that list is not verified or necessarily an official position.
No proof about any bad deeds is provided. The lists entities which use
'tor' in their name, hence 'trademark' violation.
