Here is a fairly detailed list of websites that block tor. ListOfServicesBlockingTor <https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/org/doc/ListOfServicesBlockingTor>
To change IP on a specific website click the little onion and click new tor circuit for this website.
