looks like someone started a few relays, realized they were not configured as intended (exit_policy) and made them exits (including new keys). This way it appears as if 55 relays were added but actually they are fewer. 15 of the 55 detected fingerprints are currently running. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nusenu/tor-network-observations/master/2015-07-02_DocTor_SA_report If you are the operator: please consider setting MyFamily appropriately. Why haven't they gotten the exit flag?
