repetitive address change message
Something happened to my Internet connection this evening while I was
away. When I came back, I called the ISP, and they got it working again.
However, once reconnected, my computer got a brand-new IP address assigned
on a net I didn't know belonged to them. Shortly afterward, inadyn noticed
the change and updated the A RR at dyndns.org to reflect the new address.
Soon after that update, tor noticed the change and issued the following
pair of messages:
Mar 01 23:29:57.619 [notice] Your IP address seems to have changed to 24.1.225.89. Updating.
Mar 01 23:29:57.619 [notice] Our IP Address has changed from 98.228.176.208 to 24.1.225.89; rebuilding descriptor (source: resolve).
However, the second message has been repeated quite a few times since then:

These messages appear to be issued a tad over 15 min. apart. I'm running
0.2.2.7-alpha on FreeBSD 7.3-PRELEASE. Although it was operating as a relay
over the weekend, I've swapped torrc files and SIGHUPped tor, so that it closed
the ORPort and is now running just as a client.
Does anyone have any clue why these messages are being issued? Should
I just shut it down and restart it?
