Debian package, experimental for Sarge

Hi

I just upgraded Tor from backports.org stable version to
http://mirror.noreply.org/pub/tor experimental-0.1.1.x-sarge.

Installation scripts were behaving badly, experimental package overwrote
my old config without asking if I want to see the differences between
new and old config. Installer didn't even make a backup from old config,
it's normal for deb-package to save old conf with different name.

I'm not sure but I think that this kind of destructive behaviour isn't
ideal for debs. I'm glad I have backups.
