Just a quick question. I thought that the encryption system used was based on factoring a large prime. If so, won't it become obsolete when quantum computers become available? That is something that I expect to see in this lifetime.
At which point folks will switch to ECC (like the NSA already did) or some other scheme which doesn't rely on the factorization of large primes.
