Will install debuger today when im back from work as for firewal this windows mashine is behind quite restrictive linux router so i disabled builtin firewall long time ago but its possible that my Antyvirus is blocking something will disable it and recheck everything So far thanks for Your advices will report back with results around 19:00 GMT today
