I tried 0.2.2.6 (latest I saw) and noticed that both that version and my
own patched 0.2.1.20 have some trouble to connect to their own OR-port
for the initial circuit test. The unpatched 0.2.1.20 had no real trouble
there and the circuit test succeeds quickly.

How could I help find the root cause to this issue?
