Usually raids happen to collect evidence that might lead to the suspect being charged later on, but it can also lead to the case being dropped by the public prosecution and that might even happen without analysing the evidence. At least in Germany my impression is that Tor-related raids don't usually lead to Tor-related charges. I'm not aware of any statistics about this, though. Fabian
