You may change the default ports on either tor or TBB to avoid the
collision. You may run FF through tor network the same way, but it must
be said that TBB does a lot more than just run your traffic, it goes a
long way trying to keep its promises by cycling cookies, forcing your
dns requests through the network, removing broken crypto standards and
more. If you r going to do that, you need to do some research on your
own in order to understand the many ways your privacy could be
compromised.
