quite simple: put everything linked on that page inside a directory (e.g.
~/src/tor) and run tor.SlackBuild
you've to manually add the source tarball and modify VERSION accordingily
(TAG field is used by mantainer/builder to tag the package and mark it as
not an official slackware.com one)
SlackBuilds.org slackbuilds are little different from original ones as
they also provides the very same build script inside
/usr/doc/$PRGNAM-$VERSION/ but it's just a cosmetic issue.
You also need a working libevent but it's ready as well:

A good place to start understanding SlackBuilds is
http://slackwiki.org/Writing_A_SlackBuild_Script but, as you can see, they
aren't much different from srpm control files :-)

I'd like to. I also proposed to build myself them but I understand the
need to provide official packages only from a trusted source.
