No, ARP only goes one hop in the network so you need not worry about it.
But if TCP packets similar to frame 10 keeps popping up when you use Tor
I'd recommend you to investigate that further. When _all_ your Internet
connected applications use Tor, all (non-local area network) hosts you
communicate with should be part of the Tor network. I.e. make sure that
all hostnames/IP addresses you encounter can be find here:
http://torstatus.kgprog.com. Those that don't need further investigation.
