Agreed with the below. I'll extract a paragraph:

1. Anonymity:
In order to introduce a revocable anonymity in Tor, in this paper, we
consider the revocation of the anonymity as the fact of showing the IP
address of the offender. The revocation of an anonymity in Tor must
obey some rules, because if it depends on only one entity, this one
could be blackmailed or victim of "legal", or illegal pressure.

What an absolutely sickening statement. I care not what the majority
believe. People have asked me why I support the Tor network when it
enables paedophiles, fraudsters, drug dealers, murderers etc to get
away with sickening crimes. My response is the same - freedom has to
be totally free and apply to everyone or it is not in any real sense
freedom. I do not support the Tor network because it helps me remain
anonymous, I support the tor network because through it everyone, no
matter how unpopular or revolting people view their actions, can have
the right to speak freely and debate issues which they would not dare
under their own name for fear of persecution.

What the majority think I couldn't care less.
