Coda: I've altered the 'automaximize value' in
compizconfig-settings-manager to 100% and Tor Browser now behaves
itself in Unity. I've opened #9738 as I think this is sufficiently
different from the more general concern reported in #7255 that it
needs its own mention, but feel free to close it if you disagree.
GNOME's windows have such colossal title bars that I can't actually
tell whether or not it's opening at the right size; it just fills my
screen anyway.
