PenguinFile DocBook Docs

Hi,

I'm more or less done converting the existing PenguinFile Docs to DocBook.
The sources are in CVS now (Documentation/PenguinFile). They "compile" fine
with my sgmltools 2.0.2

The docs are of course still incomplete, but contain more info than the
"old" HTML ones.

PS: Someone please try to convert that doc to PS. My TeX fails on that:
